Refund policy

At The Blue Jays Way™, all products are made to order. As a result, we maintain a limited return and refund policy in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

Final Sale Items

Except where required by law, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color, style, or fit preference

  • Delays in shipping once an order has been dispatched

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us and providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund

No other remedies are available.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, The Blue Jays Way™ is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Any delivery-related claims must be pursued directly with the shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • No warranties or guarantees are provided beyond those required by law

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
