Processing Time

Because our items are produced on demand, orders typically require 2–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery ranges are:

Canada: 5–12 business days
United States: 5–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not update immediately.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by us and are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as shipped, The Blue Jays Way™ is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages
Carrier delays
Packages marked as delivered but not received

Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Replacement or reshipment is not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location and availability. Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipping
Shipping timelines do not constitute a guarantee or contractual obligation
